About MLS Vallarta & Nayarit

MLS Vallarta & Nayarit is a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that was founded and has been operating in the Vallarta/Nayarit region in Mexico since 1988. It assists prospective homebuyers for this region in becoming familiar with the region with descriptions, great photography and maps, what are the more popular neighborhoods, and then a database of listings from more than 60 local real estate offices and numerous new real estate developments currently available on the market.

MLSVallarta is not involved in the real estate business directly, but works as an intermediary to help bring people who are looking at real estate in the Vallarta/Nayarit region, together with the agents, agencies and developments that hold exclusive listings agreements in the region.

MLSVallarta strives towards making the process of buying real estate in Vallarta/Nayarit simpler and easier. Prospective buyers are provided with articles regarding real estate in the region, and a number of different ways to search for properties. Once buyers have developed a short-list of properties they are interested in, using "Favorites", they can then contact an agent of their preference directly, using the Agency directory.

When it comes to positioning on Google, Yahoo, and other search websites, MLSVallarta.com has been continually the most popular website regarding real estate in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit for the most common search words and phrases, for more than ten years. And it has more than 10,000 unique visitors each month, making it the most visited real estate website for the region.

Listing properties in the MLS is open to all real estate offices and developments that are legally registered businesses in Mexico. It is not affiliated with any real estate associations, although it supports these organizations and what they do, and nearly all of their members are members of MLS Vallarta & Nayarit as well.
